Shipping Information

When shipping within the contiguous U.S., your order will arrive within these delivery estimates based on your location and selected shipping speed, after the order has processed. 

Standard — 5-6 business days
Expedited — Within 2 business days
Priority – Within 1 business day.

Note: Purchases ordered after 12pm CST may not be processed until the next day.

If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, we’ll happily accept your order back for return or exchange, within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Unless you used or broke it. If that’s the case, don’t be a dick. Please note that all items sold under Final Sale promotions will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Policy:

Please e-mail us at to initiate your return. Provide your order or reference number and the items you would like to return/exchange. We accept only unused and unwashed merchandise for return within 30 days of receiving your order; unless sold under a final sale promotion. Refunds cannot be made towards the cost of shipping.


  • All refunds are issued back to the card that was originally used to make the purchase.

  • After the refund has been issued, it can take 3-7 business days to post to your account, depending on your banking institution.

  • You will receive a refund confirmation e-mail once it’s been issued.

  • If you paid with both store credit and a credit card, your store credit will first be refunded to your account, and the remaining refund will be applied to the card that you used to make the purchase.

  • Final refund will be deducted a 20% charge to cover initial shipping, processing, and fulfillment costs.


  • Exchange requests can be made for an item with the same or lesser value; if you would like to make an exchange for something of a greater value, we will issue you a store credit in the amount of the item you originally purchased.

  • Your exchange order will be placed at the time of your request, and will ship once we have received your return. If we do not receive your return within 15 days of your request, the exchange order will be cancelled, and become invalid.

  • Once your exchange has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for your records.

International Returns:

  • Please e-mail us at to initiate the return.

  • We accept international returns of all unused and unwashed merchandise for return within 30 days of receiving your order; unless sold under a final sale promotion.

  • Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs for international returns. Upon receiving and processing your return, we will issue you either a refund or a store credit in the amount of the item(s)’ original purchase price.

  • We do not offer international exchanges.

Defective Items:

  • If you believe an item that you received arrived defective or damaged, please e-mail us at with a photo of the defect/damage, and we’ll make it right!

Lost or Stolen Items

  • Yeah, unfortunately if your Chambong gets stolen at your home or from your mailbox, this is beyond the deliverer or our control, and the responsibility falls on to the purchaser.
